1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck44 sap ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the ck44 sap website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing any bet, participating in any promotion, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety and without reservation;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are accessing the Service voluntarily and for lawful purposes only;
• All information you have provided during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, current, and complete.

ck44 sap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify active account holders via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version dated 1 January 2026 is the currently operative version and supersedes all previous versions of this document.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ck44 sap Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game only; for all other matters, these Terms shall govern.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

ck44 sap employs age verification procedures at registration and at the time of any withdrawal request. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage — including, but not limited to, a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or birth certificate. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, withdrawals may be withheld and account activity may be restricted.

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately. All balances, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses accumulated on that account, will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. ck44 sap will cooperate fully with any applicable regulatory authority in reporting underage gambling activity.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ck44 sap platform is operated for players based in Bangladesh and certain other permitted jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Service. ck44 sap does not accept any liability for any use of the Service in jurisdictions where such use may be restricted or prohibited. Players accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gaming is unlawful do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on ck44 sap. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck44 sap reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historic bets placed on duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of ck44 sap services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address. All fields marked as mandatory during registration must be completed accurately.

You must not use another person's identity, a fictitious identity, or any false information during registration. ck44 sap may at any time request additional documentation to verify the information provided, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck44 sap login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ck44 sap will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication channel.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ck44 sap support immediately via live chat. ck44 sap accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ck44 sap operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. All account holders are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. Accepted KYC documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, a utility bill dated within the last 90 days showing the registered address, and a recent photograph of the account holder holding their identity document. ck44 sap reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts with higher transaction volumes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck44 sap accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). ck44 sap does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated transactions. Transaction fees, if any, imposed by the payment provider on their end are outside ck44 sap's control and are the responsibility of the player.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ck44 sap account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business hour to reflect. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are typically credited within minutes but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within under three minutes for fully verified accounts, around the clock, including weekends and public holidays in Bangladesh. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one to three business hours. Withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard may take one to three business days. All withdrawal processing times are measured from the point at which the withdrawal request is approved and are stated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified payment method that belongs to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refused. ck44 sap reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, which are set at its sole discretion.

4.4 Responsible Transaction Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts via the Account Settings section. These limits may be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. A reduction in a deposit limit takes effect immediately. An increase in a deposit limit is subject to a seven-day cooling period before it becomes effective. ck44 sap encourages all players to make use of these tools as part of a responsible approach to gaming.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

ck44 sap offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published at the point of the promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these general bonus terms and a promotion-specific term sheet, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a ck44 sap account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion. Wagering contributions from different game types vary: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the same wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds that have not been wagered and converted to real-money balance within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire and be removed from the account without notice. 6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.3 Malfunctions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck44 sap platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Service:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one ck44 sap account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through co-ordinated play, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a ck44 sap account.
• Money laundering: Using the ck44 sap platform to process proceeds of crime or to disguise the origin of funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players in live dealer or table game environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with live dealer tables, or claim bonuses without genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or mobile money provider after a deposit has been credited and used for play.
• Providing false information: Submitting inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another individual.
• Underage gambling: Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your ck44 sap account.

ck44 sap uses automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all funds held in the account at the time of detection — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — may be forfeited in full. ck44 sap reserves the right to share information regarding confirmed fraud or money laundering activity with relevant financial institutions and authorities in Bangladesh.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your ck44 sap account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal will be settled to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. If you are requesting closure for reasons related to problem gambling, please inform the support agent so that a self-exclusion can be applied immediately as an additional protective measure alongside the account closure.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

ck44 sap reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age;
• KYC verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe;
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 is suspected or confirmed;
• The account has been flagged for unusual transaction patterns consistent with money laundering;
• The account has been accessed from a jurisdiction where the Service is not permitted;
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or their nominated representative.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ck44 sap will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address prior to applying dormancy fees. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as set out in the current fee schedule published on the platform. Any remaining balance after fees will be preserved for a further 24-month period, after which unclaimed balances may be transferred to a designated player welfare fund.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access the Service terminates immediately. All active bonus balances are forfeited upon closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Records associated with your account will be retained by ck44 sap for a minimum period required under applicable data retention obligations.
